A photographer/videographer may be present during speaking sessions. Diversified Australia, organisers of Fine Food Australia, may use photographs/videos/audio for promotional and commercial purposes. You may also be contacted for media interviews pre and during the event.

Please confirm the above information is true and accurate as this will be used directly to promote your participation and will appear on any key marketing collateral. Personal details are true and accurate, Spelling of name, job title and company are correct and speaker biography is true and accurate. Headshot is uploaded and meets all requirements

I understand that by submitting my application, I am consenting to being involved in Fine Food Australia. It indicates that I am available to present at the 2026 event (31 August - 3 September, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, Australia) and that should I be selected, the organisers are authorised to promote my involvement.

I understand that by submitting this application, I am consenting to Fine Food Australia 2026 using my information to publish on the event website and other relevant marketing collateral. 

Speaker Terms & Conditions

1. Fine Food Australia is a strictly trade-only event. Entry is restricted to people working in the foodservice, hospitality and related industries. Proof of identification and industry involvement may be requested. Persons not in these categories will not be admitted at any time. Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have the appropriate student identity card.

2. As a business event, the event is not recommended for children and students under the age of 15. Due to OH&S, prams, strollers and trolleys (ie shopping trolleys) are strictly not permitted at the event. Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during ‘move in’ and ‘move out’ of the show. The organiser takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries onsite. 

3. All speakers are required to register and agree to our privacy policy, available at this link here. The organisers will record registration details including, name, phone number, email, job position, company address, industry profile in a secure database in order to produce a badge, generate statistics and to mail, email or SMS you information about this event and for other purposes as described in our privacy policy. 

4. As described in our privacy policy, attendees agree that by allowing exhibitors and sponsors to scan their badge onsite (a) that their registration details may be used in the manner described in our privacy policy, and (b) that they consent to us using event photography and video in which they may appear for future marketing or promotional purposes. 

5. We operate under venue guidelines - for the most current information regarding entry to the venue, read the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre Conditions of Entry. 

6. Speakers agree they will not promote their products or services to exhibitors while attending the event. Speakers found in breach of this rule may be asked to leave the event immediately and be refused entry to future event. 

7. Speakers agree they will not photograph or video inside the venue without prior consent from the exhibitor or the organisers. Speakers found in breach of this rule may be asked to leave the event immediately and be refused entry to future events. 

8. We reserve the right to change, cancel or re-schedule any event without notification due to unforeseen circumstances. 

9. Only entry into the exhibition is free with pre-registration. Speakers must purchase a ticket to attend the Industry Celebration, Show Tours and Foodie Coaches Workshop unless otherwise agreed with the organisers. All tickets will need to be booked and paid in advance through the online registration page. We reserve the right to change, cancel or re-schedule any ticketed event without notification due to unforeseen circumstances. Tickets will be refunded or transferred to a future event should the event(s) be cancelled by the organisers. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a colleague with written notice to the organisers. 

10. We recommend that visitors also check the VIC Health and Australian Department of Health websites for the current public health advice prior to attending.
