Subsea Welcome Drinks
Location: ANZAC Club, 28 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
Event Description: Kick off the week by reconnecting with clients and colleagues over a few drinks and canapes before the exhibition and conference opens the next day. This has been a sell out event 6 years running!
Opening Party
Location: Summer Garden at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Event Description: Keep the networking going after day one of EXA at the official Opening Party. Join industry leaders, colleagues and new contacts in a relaxed garden party setting, featuring entertainment, food and drinks. Over 800 people attend this event – don’t miss out.
Diversity & Inclusion Lunch
Location: BelleVue Ballroom 2 at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Event Description: Step away from the exhibition floor for a thought-provoking lunch on the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion within the energy industry. Hear from an industry led panel and leave with tangible tools on fostering an inclusive workplace.
Visitor T&Cs
- Energy Exchange Australia is a strictly trade-only event. Entry is restricted to people working in the Energy and related industries. Proof of identification and industry involvement may be requested. Persons not in these categories will not be admitted at any time. Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have the appropriate student identity card.
- As a business event, the event is not recommended for children and students under the age of 15. Due to OH&S, prams, strollers and trolleys (ie shopping trolleys) are strictly not permitted at the event. Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during ‘move in’ and ‘move out’ of the show. The organiser takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries onsite.
- All visitors are required to register and agree to our privacy policy, available here. The organisers will record registration details including, name, phone number, email, job position, company address, industry profile in a secure database in order to produce a badge, generate statistics and to mail, email or SMS you information about this event and for other purposes as described in our privacy policy.
- As described in our privacy policy, visitors agree that by allowing exhibitors and sponsors to scan their badge onsite (a) that their registration details may be used in the manner described in our privacy policy, and (b) that they consent to us using event photography and video in which they may appear for future marketing or promotional purposes.
- We operate under venue guidelines - for the most current information regarding entry to the venue, read the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre Conditions of Entry.
- Visitors agree they will not promote their products or services to exhibitors while attending the show. Visitors found in breach of this rule may be asked to leave the event immediately and be refused entry to future shows.
- Visitors agree they will not photograph or video inside the venue without prior consent from the exhibitor or the organisers. Visitors found in breach of this rule may be asked to leave the event immediately and be refused entry to future shows.
- Only entry into the exhibition is free with pre-registration. Each delegate must purchase a ticket to attend the Subsea Welcome Drinks, Opening Party, and Diversity & Inclusion Lunch. All tickets will need to be booked and paid in advance through the online registration page. We reserve the right to change, cancel or re-schedule any ticketed event without notification due to unforeseen circumstances. Tickets will be refunded or transferred to a future event should the event(s) be cancelled by the organisers. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a colleague with written notice to the organisers.
